What is the shelf life of Mix Me products?
- Unopened bottles have a 12-month shelf life from the production date.
- Once opened, Mix Me cocktail bases should be consumed within 7 days, provided they are kept sealed in the refrigerator.
Does Mix Me need to be refrigerated?
- Yes! Once opened, it must be stored sealed in the fridge to extend its freshness.
- Unopened Mix Me can be kept outside the fridge, but in a cool, dark place.
Should I always shake the Mix Me bottle before use?
- Absolutely! Shaking ensures that the contents are evenly mixed.
Does Mix Me contain alcohol?
- No! Mix Me is 100% alcohol-free.
What can I mix Mix Me with?
- Mix Me pairs well with any strong alcohol, white wines, sparkling wines, and light beers.
- It also works great with non-alcoholic drinks like non-alcoholic wines, tonic water, or sparkling water.

Can I use more than 40ml per serving?
- Of course!
- The 40ml portion is based on the standard shot size in Poland, but you can use 50ml or 60ml if you prefer.
- For pitcher cocktails, you can even use a full bottle as one portion!

Is it normal for Mix Me to separate?
- Yes, it’s completely natural! Just like freshly squeezed juices, the rich flavors settle at the bottom. Simply shake and enjoy!
What are the small dark specks in Mix Me Tropical?
- Those are vanilla bean seeds, also called vanilla caviar, from Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, one of the most aromatic vanillas in the world.
Does Mix Me contain allergens?
- No! None of the 14 major allergens required to be labeled are present in Mix Me.
- However, we always recommend checking the ingredient list on the label.
Is Mix Me vegan & gluten-free?
- Yes and yes! Mix Me is both vegan and gluten-free.
Is the Mix Me bottle recyclable?
- Yes! Please make sure to dispose of it in the glass recycling bin.
Why is Mix Me bottled in dark glass?
- Simply because it doesn’t like light!
- Our artisanal mixtures are natural products and require dark packaging to protect them from light exposure.

Can I place an order outside of the online store?
- No, for now, we are an online-only store, but you can find us in various retail locations.

Can I pick up my order in person?
- Unfortunately, no. We only offer shipping services.
Can I return a purchased item?

How long does order processing take?
- We aim to ship within 24 hours after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends).
- Courier delivery within Poland takes 24-72 hours.
What should I do if my order arrives incomplete or damaged?
- Every package is insured!
- If your order is damaged, ask the courier to fill out a damage report immediately.
- If the courier has already left, contact the delivery company within 7 days.
- Important: Claims for missing or damaged items without a damage report upon delivery will not be accepted.
